What elements should be included in my terms and conditions template?

When uploading your company's terms and conditions (often referred to as your master services agreement, or MSA), ensure the uploaded file is a docx file type.

Before uploading your general template, ensure the following are removed:

  1. Order form values: customer name, dates, contract period, invoice terms, payment terms, and contact info (added during order creation).

  2. Products and services: added during order setup.

  3. Product descriptions: derived from plan and brick definitions.

  4. Signature lines: included during order creation.

  5. Placeholder fields: replace placeholders (e.g., {insert_date} or {insert_customer_name}) with generic terms like "Effective Date" and "Customer."

  6. Images: logos or vectors (images will cause upload errors).

Terms and conditions language will be added below the order form details populated from Salesbricks.
