How can I retry a failed credit card payment?

  • In the Customers view, find and select the desired customer.

  • Click the Billing & payments tab, and select the desired invoice.

  • Any failed payment attempts will appear under the invoice history section, and will include a button labeled "Retry this payment." Click this button to give the payment another try.

  • Alternatively, view the invoice PDF and click "Pay invoice" to access the paywall.

  • Once you access the paywall, you can initiate the retry yourself if the customer has a credit card saved to their payment methods.

  • If the customer has no saved payment methods, or if the payment continues to fail, please contact Salesbricks Support via Slack.
