I encounter an error trying to upload a file. What does it mean?

Error #1: ApolloError: unable to retrieve task from cloudconvert
Diagnosis: You may be attempting to upload a PDF.
Solution: Please try uploading a version of the document in .docx format. Currently, our terms uploader only accepts .docx files, not PDF.
Error #2: ApolloError: Unable to convert docx file for TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS, please make sure that there are no images included.
Diagnosis: You may have a non-uploadable image or artifact in your document.
Solution: You will need to remove the following types of artifacts from your .docx file:
all embedded images (.jpg, .png, .gif, etc.)
unresolved redlines and comments
vector shapes (lines, rectangles, etc.)
document headers and footers (even if they are plain text)
