How can I reset the order form e-signature so a different signatory can complete the order?

When your designated countersigner opens the signing page, they’ll see a button in the bottom-left corner labeled “Revert this order to Building.”

Clicking this will reset the order checkout link while preserving all previously entered customer information.

From there, the customer can return to checkout, update the signatory details, and continue the signing process with the new contact.
